Time Management Template
Owning a fitness business can sometimes call for long hours. Productivity is key to your success.
Set aside time each and every week to plan your coming week, I plan my week on a Sunday night.
Being efficient and working in blocks of time allows me to work about 20-25 hours per week and generate double figure income every month.
Fill as many time slots as possible. Schedule out everything. From sleep, to meals, to time for yourself. By doing so you create a visual representation of where your time is going. Allows you to assess your productivity and truly be present during each moment.
I have used many templates for time management over the years juggling a business and a family yet these are THE most effective by far!
You don’t have to work 40 hours for the sake of working 40 hours! I have no doubt that if you set an intention you can get a lot more done in less time when you use this weekly strategy.
