Writing your reality as to what you want to happen in your life.

Every Friday in my private clients FB group I ask my ladies what are their wins for the week.

Every single person always has something awesome to celebrate.

Why? Everything that exists now was one a thought.
So this week I wanted to share with you some powerful journalling questions that will help you move forward with your fitness business.

JOURNALING QUESTIONS –
1. What do I really need to say right now?
2. If I was being truly authentic, what would that look like?
3. Where am I NOT being authentic right now and how do I fix that?
4. What is making me feel like crap and why? (And then: How do I move past this?)
5. Where do I really need support right now?
6. If I could go to bed happy and proud of myself tonight, what would have had to happen during the day?
7. How can I be more ME in my business?
8. What have I been hiding/running away from? Why? (And then: What do I need to do?)
9. Where am I not in alignment in my business?
10. What is something I’ve been meaning to do, but have been too scared to take action on?
11. If I was living my dream life, what would that look like EXACTLY?
12. What is my big vision/why?
13. Who do I need to reach out to this week (and why)?
14. How can I show up more fully as ME?
15. What does my community need from me right now?
16. What do I really need to release today?
17. How will this week be different from the last?
18. How can I make my dreams come true FASTER?
19. What do I need to do to be fully present in all areas of my life?
20. What would FLOW look like to me right now?
21. If I was TRULY living the life of my absolute dreams, what would that look like?
22. How do I want to feel about money? (And then: Turn these into positive money statements.)
23. What do I actually NEED right now?
24. What would I be doing today if I knew I could have it all?
25. What would I be doing today if I knew I could just be ME?
26. When I feel truly successful, what am I doing/experiencing?
